Who We Are

Dr. Priscilla J. DuBose-Wood, PhD, US Navy – Veteran, is a distinguished figure whose journey from a first-generation high school graduate in Mississippi to an accomplished academic and professional is truly inspiring. Her educational path is marked by perseverance and excellence, beginning with an Associate’s degree in General Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Criminal Justice from Chapman University. Dr. Wood furthered her studies at Regent University School of Law, earning her law degree and a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership & Human Resource Development from Regent University School of Business & Leadership.


Dr. Wood’s professional experience is as impressive as her academic achievements. She has served as an adjunct professor at various University of Maryland campuses, including international locations, and has worked as an admissions counselor for Central Texas College abroad. Her role as an education liaison has been pivotal in helping students gain admission to prestigious institutions such as Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown University, and many others. Additionally, she has served as the Regional Director of Non-Profit College Preparatory Programs, focusing on college and career readiness.


Dr. Wood understands the transformative power of education and is dedicated to guiding others along the complex educational journey from Pre-K to Ph.D. She emphasizes the importance of thorough planning in achieving academic and career aspirations, sharing her action plans and strategies for success to inspire and assist others in reaching their goals. Her commitment to education and mentorship underscores her belief in the potential of every individual to achieve greatness through dedication and structured planning.
